About these terms

This website is run by Bad Beaver Woodworking LLC, based in Lititz, Pennsylvania. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We do our best to describe and photograph every item accurately, but because each piece is handmade from natural wood, grain, color and size can vary slightly from the photos.

We may change prices or stop selling an item at any time. If we can't fill your order, we'll let you know and refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Sales tax is added at checkout where required.

Custom notes and options

Customer notes are meant for small personal touches like initials. If a note asks for more than the options you paid for, we'll contact you before starting. We may suggest a custom quote, or cancel and refund the order.

Custom projects and quotes

Quotes requested through this site are free estimates and aren't a contract. Custom work begins only after we agree on a written estimate.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Liability

Our products are made to be used and enjoyed. Please follow the care instructions. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
