Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship shop orders to addresses within the United States.

Shipping cost

Shipping is charged at a flat rate per order and is shown in your cart and at checkout. Pennsylvania sales tax and any other applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout.

Processing time

Most in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order items, and items with custom options or notes, can take 1–2 weeks to make before they ship.

Delivery time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–7 business days. You'll get an email with tracking information when your order ships.

Damaged or lost packages

We pack every piece carefully. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us and we'll help.

Custom projects

Cabinets, shelving and other custom projects are delivered and installed by us locally and aren't covered by this policy. Delivery details are included in your project estimate.
