Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Quote requests: your name, email, phone, project address, project details and any photos you upload.
• Orders: your name, email, phone and shipping address. Card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.
• Your cart: saved in your own browser so it's there when you come back.

How we use it

We use your information only to answer your questions, prepare estimates, fill and ship your orders, and keep our business records. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.

Who we share it with

• Stripe, to process payments.
• Shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website and stores our data securely.

Cookies

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our admin area uses one login cookie for staff only.

We count visits to our pages (which page, the website or app that sent you, an approximate city and state, and whether you're on a phone or computer) so we know what people find useful. This uses no cookies, isn't linked to your name or email, and isn't shared with anyone.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we have about you at any time by contacting us.
